CULTURE

Ontheline is led by a serial entrepreneur and marketing focused technology executive who has been involved in leadership at 3-public companies and the sale of 6 companies with over $11 billion in exits to private and public firms. He is a big picture visionary who demands that team members treat their career roles as their own business, preferring bullet-type updates and presentations with supporting documentation available and all initiatives supported, tracked and audited through the OKR system. When he says, “get it done,” he means it, expecting the team member to use the resources of the company to complete a task on time and without errors. As many of the team members have worked for this executive—in some cases in as many as 4 companies—they are able to convey and teach best practices through their departments. While all employees, from the top to the lower levels operate on OKRs and are focused on staying in their lane to accomplish the goals of their roles, they also have the ability to openly share ideas through the open-door policy of executives and an internal review process of ideas, initiatives, and opportunities.
